Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or a High School Diploma / GED and 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst
- 2+ years of UAT experience
- 3+ years of documenting business process (example: Visio)
- 3+ years of experience working with end users or customers
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories and supporting solution design
- Ability to utilize the following platforms: Microsoft Word (create and edit documents), Microsoft Excel (formulas and graphs), Microsoft Visio (creating business flows using swimlanes), and Microsoft PowerPoint (create presentation)
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures, & data mapping
- Work hours aligned to eastern/central time zones
