Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one career coaching to mid- and senior-level professionals, covering job search strategies, personal branding, career pivots, and executive presence.
Conduct in-depth career assessments and develop customized career development plans.
Lead workshops, webinars, and group coaching sessions on resume writing, interviewing skills, LinkedIn optimization, and job market trends.
Stay current on labor market trends, industry shifts, and emerging skills needed across sectors.
Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support talent development and placement efforts.
Offer expertise in career path mapping, succession planning, and leadership development.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of coaching sessions and outcomes.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching programs.
