Assist with resume/CV reviews, LinkedIn profile optimization, cover letters, and job applications.
Mentor junior career consultants and contribute to team training and knowledge sharing.
Track and report client progress using CRM or case management tools.
Stay current on labor market trends, emerging industries, and evolving recruitment practices.
