Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and reporting using CRM or career management platforms.
Coach senior-level professionals and executives in personal branding, leadership development, and market repositioning.
Support organizational talent initiatives, succession planning, and internal mobility programs, where applicable.
