Senior Consultant – Mapping/Survey/Analysis

Qualification :  1. Candidate should be holding Master degree in a relevant field such as child development, Sociology, Psychology, Human Rights, law, Public Administration. Candidates with Ph.D or pursuing it and having published papers on relevant subjects will be preferred. 2. At least twenty-five years of experience on Child Rights, Child Protection, Human Rights, capacity building preferably on child protection issues and law related to child protection. 3. Substantial experience of managing state or national level projects/programmes. 4. Demonstrated specialist expertise in child protection and child rights, women rights, Human Rights. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, documentation skills, taking initiatives, innovative, passion and commitment to CCP’s mission and professional values. 6. Previous experience of working in Govt. departments (on child rights issues) or in International organisation will be an asset.

Pay :  Consultant fees @ Rs.1,32,000/- for 22 days in a month. For outstation travel on duty, travel & DSA allowance will be given as per norms of SPUP Satellite Centre.

Consultant - Safe School Programme

Qualification : 1. Candidate should preferably be master degree in a relevant field such as child development, Sociology, Psychology, MSW, Human Rights, law. Candidates with Ph. D or pursuing it and having published papers on relevant subjects will be preferred. 2. At least three to five years of experience on Child Rights, Child Protection, Human Rights, capacity building preferably on child protection issues and law related to child protection. 3. Experience of managing/handling projects/programmes. 4. Demonstrated expertise in child protection and child rights, women rights, Human Rights. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, documentation skills, taking initiatives, innovative, passion and commitment to CCP’s mission and professional values.

Consultant – Online and Offline Course

Qualification : 1. Candidate should be holding Master degree in a relevant field such as MSW, child development, Sociology, Psychology, Human Rights, law, Public Administration. 2. Candidates with BCA/MCA or higher studies in computer sciences will be preferred. 3. At least two-three years of experience on Child Rights, Child Protection, Human Rights. 4. Preference will be given to a candidate with website management skills. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, documentation skills, taking initiatives, innovative, passion and commitment to CCP’s mission and professional values. 6. In the selection process, freshers with outstanding academic track record may get extra weightage.
