Role & Responsibility:-

Experience in end-to-end Non IT / IT recruitment & Involved in closing Middle to senior level requirements.
Managing accounts and client's P&L
Should have good sourcing skill to use Job portals like Naukri, Monster, Shine, Times jobs etc. referrals and social platforms.
Screen candidates by phone and through meetings, to determine their suitability for assigned positions
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Update client and the candidates on the hiring status.
Partnering with the client to close the requirement within the required time limit.
Managing the interview process till joining of candidate
