Senior Counsellor / Telecaller
Job Description
We are looking for Experienced Senior Counsellor / Telecaller for Canada
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling and Lead Management
-
Make outbound calls to leads generated via campaigns, advertisements, walk-ins, referrals, and online portals.

Handle inbound queries received through phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Explain available services/courses/programs clearly and persuasively.
-
Follow up diligently with leads until they convert or are disqualified.
2. Counselling and Consultation
-
Understand the specific needs, interests, and goals of prospective clients or students.

Provide accurate and detailed information on course offerings, benefits, durations, fees, and career outcomes.

Offer tailored advice and suggest suitable programs or services.

Convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments or appointments.
3. Target Achievement
-
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly conversion and enrollment targets.

Support revenue goals by driving admission closures or service registrations.

Track individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
4. Database and CRM Management
-
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems or Excel.

Ensure all client communications are documented and regularly updated.

Share daily and weekly status reports with team leaders or managers.
5. Customer Experience and Relationship Management
-
Ensure a friendly, professional, and informative tone in all customer interactions.

Address client doubts, concerns, or complaints patiently and effectively.
-
Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Provide post-counselling support to ensure client satisfaction and program onboarding.
6. Coordination and Administration
-
Coordinate with internal teams like faculty, operations, and accounts for smooth processing of admissions.

Assist walk-in customers with registration, fee collection, and documentation.
-
Prepare and distribute brochures, course outlines, and informational material.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and marketing activities as required.
