Brief Job Description:
- Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat
concerning various care issues.
- Carefully identify problems that might arise from operations
with the use of ethical procedures and professional judgment.
- Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as
automated provisioning.
- Online billing
- Assisting in order tracking and detailed account management.
- Capturing and applying customer feedback.
Skills Required:
- Should be a good learner.
- Good communication in email writing skills.
- Should be okay to work in night shift/Rotational shift
- Ability to work in a team
- Have good sense of judgment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of customer relations
- Candidate with minimum 2 yrs of experience can apply.
