Responsibilities and Duties-
- Answer customer email/chats as needed as per standard turnaround time.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Ensure that the customer satisfaction and quality assurance scores are excellent.
- Ensure tasks are completed in the given turnaround time.
- Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal).
- Excellent documentation skills
- Have great attention-to-detail skills.
- Good composition skills-- ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
- Demonstrable interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
- Problem Solving Skills.
