Senior Data Analyst /Research Fellow Biotechnology Jobs recruitment in National Institute of Biomedical Genomics (NIBMG)
Project Name & Funding Authority: Understanding the biology of stem-like cancer cells from human oral tumors. [Funded by Wellcome Trust-Department of Biotechnology India Alliance].
Senior Data Analyst /1 Post
Qualification: (1) MSc/ B.Tech/ M.Tech or equivalent in Bioinformatics or computation-stream subject with first class marks (2) Minimum 2 year experience in hands on massively parallel sequencing data analysis.
Desirable: Knowledge of programing languages like R, C/C++, JAVA, PYTHON.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- to 28,000/-, Consolidated & Fixed
Research Fellow /1 Post
Qualification: 1. First-class MSc or equivalent in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or in any other biology stream with minimum 60% marks. (2) Hands on experience in human cell culture maintenance.
Desirable: (1) BET- Category-II or NET-LS or equivalent qualification (2) Experience with flow-cytometry technique.
Pay Scale: Rs.20,800/- Fixed or (32,500/- Fixed ONLY for BETCategory-II or NET-LS, or Post graduate in professional course as per DST-OM )
