This role sits within the JAPAC HR Workforce Intelligence team as an internal consultant. We leverage data, analytics, and technology to uncover actionable insights for decision-making to optimize our workforce. You will work with a high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic team passionate about making an impact on the business through impactful workforce recommendations. This is a high-visibility role with high-level executive exposure across Oracle.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using internal and external data to provide decision-makers insight.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specializationâ8 years of relevant work experience.
