Oracle DB migration Architect.

1. Technical 
2. Expertise & Experience in strategizing and architecting Oracle DB migrations across heterogeneous platforms
3. Deep technical understanding of migration execution and Implementation experience in regards to Oracle DB migrations
4. Expertise & Experience in DB migrations leveraging Oracle Golden Gate (Oracle GG build and leveraging for migrations). Golden Gate Hub methodology expertise is preferred.
5. Experience in carry out large scale DB migrations.
6. Non-Tech
7. Ability to front-end and Lead customer conversations confidently
8. Excellent stakeholder management skills
9. Experience in handling global customers.
