We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing SPM (Special Purpose Machines). The candidate should be capable of handling complete machine design from concept to final assembly support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of SPM machines based on customer requirements
- 3D modeling and assembly creation using SolidWorks
- Preparation of detailed 2D manufacturing drawings
- Concept design and mechanism development
- Pneumatic & hydraulic system integration knowledge
- BOM preparation and documentation
- Coordination with production and assembly teams
- Technical discussion support with customers
- Handling complete project lifecycle independently
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in SPM machine design
- Strong knowledge in SolidWorks (Part, Assembly, Drafting)
- Good understanding of GD&T
- Knowledge in automation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead junior designers
