Senior Developer - Robotic Process Automation
Key skills:
- Should be adept with tools on business process automation
- Should be have knowledge in business process requirements and design
- Should have had exposure to Microsoft technologies such as .net, VB scripting
- Should possess a good understanding of process design and technical design documents in automation space
- Should be a subject matter expert in the usage and functionality of the RPA software, openness to work on new technologies is mandatory
- Should have excellent programming/software development background
- Should have experience in .Net, VB, DB and PowerShell will be an asset
- Should be a proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions
- Should have excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English (and have worked in a global/multicultural environment)
- Should have a basic to average understanding of the business processes to be automated
Key responsibilities:
- Designing solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
- Developing, configuring programs, scripts and objects that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
- Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Problem solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
