Your Role and Responsibilities
EDGE Team is seeking Quality Assurance Engineer with ability to collaborate effectively with inter-disciplinary teams and management. Should be a Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead testing effort for complex features which includes designing test scenarios, creating test plans, implementing, automating and executing test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

6yrs+ experience as QA and knack for identifying tests that break code.
Strong grasp of operating systems concepts including filesystems, networks, and memory management.
Good understanding and experience testing restful APIs.
Solid grasp of Git, Containers and Kubernetes concepts.
Must be able to demonstrate good understanding of database fundamentals and SQL Programming.
Experience in object oriented development concepts.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
