SENIOR DFT ENGINEER
Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Location: Bengaluru, Ahmedabad
Job Description:
- Must have worked on Scan Insertion , MBIST and JTAG , ATPG, Pattern Validation
- Good to have Experience on Timing Constraints , STA , LBIST
- Should be good with Scripting
- Hands on experience on any of the tools (DFT MAX , TetraMAX or GENUS , Modus OR Tessent , TestKompress , Debussy , VCS/Questa/IUS , LEC , PrimeTime).
- Worked on ATE is plus.
- Must have B.Tech/M.tech degree in Electrical and/or Electronics or equivalent
