Job Summary:
A Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advanced digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive targeted traffic, generate leads, and improve overall online presence. This role requires strong knowledge across various digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and web analytics.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a senior team member, you will also be expected to mentor junior marketers and contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.

Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

SEO & SEM:

Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies.

Optimize website structure, content, and technical aspects to improve organic rankings.

Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Content and Social Media Marketing:

Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce engaging content (blogs, landing pages, videos, infographics).

Manage social media calendars and campaign execution across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Analyze social media metrics to refine campaigns and increase engagement.

Email Marketing and Automation:

Design and manage email campaigns for lead nurturing, customer retention, and promotions.

Use tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or HubSpot for email automation and list segmentation.

Track open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and conversions for continuous improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to track website performance.

Generate detailed performance reports on campaigns, user behavior, and ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
