Job Title: Senior Engineer

Qualification required (Must): BE/ B Tech
Specialisation (Must): Mechanical Engineering
Division: ACD - Products
Required Experience:
- Having a experience of 3D softwares (Creo), Ansys software.
- Product refinement based on design review and inputs from users.
- Design of Reciprocating Compressor.
- Co-ordination with internal and external customers, assembly shop during execution of the development orders and active involvement in solving all the issues related to product development.
- Hermal & Mechanical design of Intercooler, After-cooler using HTRI & PV-Elite.
Job Responsibilities:
1) To focus on Product Development, AOP Projects, RBC Product Development.
2) Co-ordination with internal departments, assembly shop for development activity of the products and active involvement in solving all the issues related to product.
3) Preparation of Bill of material, G.A. drawings, Foundation drawings, P&I diagrams, data sheets, skid and all other drawings related to projects.
4) Release of specification sheets / enquiry of SRV, TRV, PRV, Strainer, coolers and Dampeners, Separators, Air receivers and Air Dryer etc.
5) Thermal & Mechanical design of Intercooler, After-cooler using HTRI & PV-Elite.
6) Product refinement based on design review and inputs from users.
7) Co-ordination with vendors for clarification, client / consultant for drawing approvals.
8) Knowledge of Pro-E, Ansys software.
9) Design of Reciprocating Compressor.
Key Performance Indicators:
- To complete the activity within planned schedule.
- Timely resolve the problems / issues faced during execution of the development related activity so as to timely complete the development activity.
- Timely approval of drawings, documents to get clearance for dispatch of machine.
- Timely release of specs, drawings and datasheets etc to get sufficient time for manufacturing.
- Errorless Engineering.
- Across table meeting with client / consultant for earlier approval of long lead and other documents. Visit to vendor’s site to initiate/expedite the activity.
