Knowledge / Job Requirement:
§ IATF Internal Auditor in Current Organization
§ Knowledge of Honda and MSIL requirements
§ Able to make Procedures / Work Instructions
§ Knowledge of Quality tools, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA documents
§ Knowledge of Incoming Quality and Supplier Management is an added advantage.
§ Experience in Plastic Injection Molding Compan
Activities to be performed:
§ Preparation of Work Instructions / Procedures
§ Prepare Product and Process audit Plan and conduct the audits as per plan
§ Able to face Customer audit confidently
§ Make standardization in Inspection activities
§ Monitor Internal Rejection and Customer rejection, make action Plan and countermeasures.
§ Knowledge of SAP system is desirable.
