Job Description
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
Sound verbal and written communication skills, Liasoning & networking skills, Strong Analytical Skills and Team Player
Roles and Responsibilities
Civil Work:
Coordination with the location Civil Engineers for the annual civil work budgeting; Coordination with the Civil Engineers for civil work budget utilisation on quarterly basis & highlight the variance; Ensure timely sharing of civil work approval with all the concerned plants.
Project Management (Brown & Greenfield Projects):
1) Ensure the timely releasing of POs & vendor registration & payments.
2) Ensure the execution of the approved projects as per the defined project schedule.
3) To ensure smooth handover of the completed projects to the concerned internal customer
Renewable Power Consumption:
1) To assist the HOD for the approval of DISCOM electricity consumption.
2) To analyse the DISCOM electricity consumption across the Organisation
MIS & audit Documentation:
1) Ensure timely preparation & submission of MIS/MOM as per the Company’s requirement.
2) To maintain all the audit related documents & ensure timely resolution of the audit queries on as & when basis.
