Designation:  Senior Engineer – QA

Job Location: Manesar Gurgaon

Qualification: B.E. – Mechanical / Electrical     

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures adherence to quality plans and systems, collects data, carryout root cause analysis and ensures implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensures that customer complaint handling system is effective.
• Ensures that customer issues are acknowledged and response provided on time.
• Lays down workmanship standards, plans process improvements in terms of cycle time and quality.
• Ensures QMS are adequately followed.
• Root Cause Analysis, planning potential solutions and raising CAR.
• Ensuring Product Quality and Drive Continuous Improvement project.
• Ensuring that corrective actions are taken as planned and providing structured feedback for continuous improvements.
• Provide proactive and contemporary Q.A. support.
• Assist IATF 16949 administrator in implementing Quality system and calibration of IMTE.
• Hands-on Engineer, understand and control manufacturing processes.
• SPC implementation, Process audits, Improvement project for prevent defects from occurring.

Attributes/Skill Required:

• Well versed with Lean principles, SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP.
• Develop strong relationship with employees of the Company
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance System to ensure smooth working of the function.
• Implement Company’s Quality systems to drive organizational goals and results.
• Implementation of IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• Ensure proper data collection and analysis.
• Ensuring quality plans are followed and are effective.
• Ensure proper data collection and analysis.
• Continuous improvement.
• Understand Manufacturing processes, jigs, Fixture and tooling.
