est. 1972) is a B2B distributor of air-conditioning and refrigeration products,
working with leading brands like Carrier, LG, Voltas, Hitachi, Emerson,
V‑Guard, Danfoss, Polycab, Havells and more. The company operates with a flat
structure, startup culture and a young, growth-focused team in the HVAC
distribution space.[1][2]
What you will do
· Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally: sales, purchase, receipts, payments and bank reconciliations.
· Assist in GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance: data preparation, working for returns and coordination with consultants.
· Support internal/external audits, documentation and preparation of basic MIS/financial reports.
· Prepare quotations, coordinate with vendors and support banking operations (payments, deposits, documentation).
· Help with stock/inventory entries and coordinate with sales and branch operations for smooth daily functioning.
What we’re looking for
· Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDBM or related commerce degree.
· Must-have: Hands-on Tally experience and basic MS Excel.
· Skills: Strong attention to detail, numbers and documentation; proactive and willing to take responsibility.
· Languages: Proficiency in at least 2 of English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil.
· Mindset: Quick learner, interested in building a long-term career in finance, taxation and operations.
Compensation & growth
· Training / Probation: Up to 12 months
· Stipend during Training / Probation: ₹13,000 – ₹24,000 per month
· Post-Probation CTC: ₹3.10 LPA – ₹4.30 LPA (performance-based)
· Strong learning in practical finance, taxation, audit and end-to-end branch operations in a live B2B business.
