Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To follow up on the generated leads.
- Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway.
- Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
- Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
- Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
- Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.
- Only Male candidates.
Must Haves
- Maximum experience of 2 years in field sales
- Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Candidates well versed with the local language would be preferable
- Should be ready to be on the field owing to the nature of the work
- Must possess a 2 wheeler.
- Experience in product sales, insurance sales, credit card sale, real estate sales would be preferable.
Eligibility: Any Graduate
Salary: 2.5 LPA - 4.5LPA.
