Job Description

Job Title: Admin / Retail Operations Executive / Sr. Executive Department: Retail Operations Key Responsibilities: 1. Onboarding of Retail Officers (ROs): Coordinate and facilitate the joining formalities of new Retail Officers, ensure documentation, ID creation, and training schedules are completed on time. 2. Daily Work Monitoring & Reporting (MIS): Track daily activities and performance of Retail Officers, prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with HOD and VH, and highlight key findings. 3. RO Engagement: Maintain regular communication with Retail Officers (minimum 10–15 calls per day), address operational issues, and act as a bridge between ROs and management. 4. Stockist Sales Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance of stockists where ROs are assigned, identify trends, and coordinate with the sales team for target achievement. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Detail-oriented with a proactive work approach. • Experience in retail or sales operations preferred. Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in administrative or retail operations roles.
