Job Description

Receive, verify, and record incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and preservation of materials as per SOPs and cGMP requirements. Maintain inventory of raw materials, intermediates, packaging materials, engineering spares, and consumables. Issue materials to production, quality, engineering, and other departments as per approved requisitions. Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and periodic physical inventory verification. Ensure timely updating of transactions in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other inventory management software. Coordinate with Procurement, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow. Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests to avoid stock-outs.
