- Ensure timely payroll accounting and vendor payment processes.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement in finance operations.
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Prior experience in a SaaS, technology startup, or high-growth company is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
