Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee budgeting, financial planning, compliance, reporting, and guide the finance team to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial control.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and systems to support business objectives.

  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow, and forecasting.

  • Manage budgeting process, variance analysis, and financial performance tracking.

  • Lead taxation, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit activities.

  • Analyze financial risks, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to management.

  • Monitor working capital, cost optimization, and financial efficiency.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

  • Lead, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of financial data.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage complex financial operations and tight deadlines.
