Senior HR Executive
US Shift
Qualification: Degree / PG with good communication skill in English
Experience: minimum 10-15 years
Gender: Male Location: Ernakulam
Salary:Industry Standard
Self Starter with energetic, enthusiastic personality.
Must be very detail oriented, thorough and committed to internal documentation.
Conduct candidate interviews via phone .
Maintain ongoing relationships with all candidates.
Effectively evaluate candidates employment history, education, technical acumen and salary requirements.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in MS office.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant relevant human resources/administrative position.Manage junior recruiters and communicate with director of the company.
