Job Description

Looking for an Senior HR Recruiter/HR Intern for a reputed IT company in Hyderabad.

No. of Positions : 3

Senior HR Recruiter : 1 Min Exp. of more than 2 years.

HR Interns : 2 Freshers or Pursuing graduation or PG are also eligible.

Male and Female both are fine.

Working hours : 10 AM - 7PM { WFO and WFH some times whenever required}

Working Days : Mon - Fri {5 days a week}

Week offs : Saturday and Sunday.

Languages : English is Mandatory. Added Advantage : Telugu, Hindi .

Salary : 25k - 30k per month for Recruiter and negotiable in interview . EPF will be included in this. Salary account will be given.

Salary : For HR interns first 3 months 15k per month and then after 3 months depends on their performance will be permanent and salary will be 25k per month.

Internship Certificate will be provided.

The follow Skills can be learnt in Internship.

1. Job Posting and Advertisement:

  • Drafting and posting job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Ensuring job descriptions are clear and aligned with the company’s requirements.

2. Resume Screening:

  • Reviewing resumes and CVs to match qualifications, skills, and experience with job requirements.
  • Shortlisting candidates for the next stages of recruitment.

3. Candidate Sourcing:

  • Using various channels like job boards, LinkedIn, or internal databases to find potential candidates.
  • Reaching out to passive candidates (those not actively seeking jobs) to generate interest.

4. Initial Candidate Interaction:

  • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for the role, answering any questions they may have, and sharing company culture.
  • Collecting information about their availability, salary expectations, and motivations.

5. Interview Coordination:

  • Scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and providing necessary interview details to both candidates and interviewers.

6. Data Management:

  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases with candidate information.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment-related documentation is accurate and organized.

7. Candidate Experience:

  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Providing timely updates to candidates regarding their status in the hiring process.

8. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Assisting hiring managers in identifying job requirements and qualifications for open positions.
  • Gathering feedback from interviews to evaluate candidates effectively.

9. Offer Management:

  • Assisting with preparing and sending out job offers to selected candidates.
  • Communicating salary packages and benefits clearly to candidates.

10. Onboarding Support:

  • Assisting in the initial stages of the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.

11. Learning and Development:

  • Continuously learning about the recruitment industry, tools, and best practices.
  • Attending training sessions or workshops to improve recruitment knowledge.

12. Reporting and Analytics (if required):

  • Assisting in generating recruitment reports and tracking recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, source of hire).
  • Analysing trends and providing insights to the senior HR team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
