- Education ; any graduate
- Experience : 0-3 yrs
- Shift : General Monday to Friday (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)
- Saturday (9.30 am to 2.00 pm)
- Location : Ashok Nagar
JD :
- Should be involved in end to end recruitment.
- Should have a good understanding of Bpo/Call center.
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans.
- Prioritize the positions to be catered.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the timeline.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Daily or Weekly pipeline updates to Business .
- Managers and coming up with workable solutions to challenges faced during the hiring cycle Maintaining candidates details in the internal database
