Job Description
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
- Prepare detailed working drawings for furniture, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, and lighting.
- Select materials, finishes, colors, fabrics, and furnishings as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design integration.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution matches design.
- Review and approve shop drawings and material samples from vendors/contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and functional standards.
- Present design proposals and updates to clients.
