Senior IT Project Manager Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

● Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance IT experience for COE employees.

● Prepare and action improvement items for enhancing employee experience based on survey feedback.

● Consult with IT support and employees for simplifying problem statements and making it easy to understand issues, and propose possible solutions.

● Interact with stakeholders from different IT domains, discussing and convincing them for solutions required. You will frequently interact with global team members, COE stakeholders, brand stakeholders and vendors for all project matters.

● Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources in IT and partnering teams

● Initiate, communicate, delegate, perform, gain closure project tasks successfully. Set up regular check ins and follow up calls and document the meeting summaries and actions.

● Procure, deploy, deliver and track IT assets. Adhere to process, cost and time requirements. Ensure inventory data quality.

● Conduct project evaluations, and document lessons learned for future projects. Maintain accurate documentation of site IT information.

● Lead IT communication and interaction: lead site level IT communication, and be in continuous communication with brand stakeholders, employees, contractors and vendors.

● Lead site infrastructure audits, generate reports, bring closure working with Compliance and Auditing teams.

● Manage IT events for employee education and awareness

● Ensure timely delivery of IT infrastructure projects and improvements at the site. Creating comprehensive plans for all IT project activities: identifying risks and challenges and ensuring deliverables per plan. Escalate where required to draw attention to the importance of the deliverables.

● Analyze coordinate, evaluate options for device purchase - stocking, leasing.

● Manage disposal of devices - vendor coordination, process adherence.

Requirements

Project management

1. Experience of 10 years hands-on as a project manager in: IT infrastructure deployment, upgrade / consolidation, site IT operations, ITSM process of problem management & change management.

2. Experience in project risk identification, assessment and mitigation.

3. Experience with project formal closure activities

4. Experience with building content for communications to employees

5. Experience with project planning and tracking using Smartsheet, MS Excel, or Google Sheets

6. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), adapting style to audience and situation. Ability to create and present crisp project updates, newsletters and presentations.

7. Business awareness and ability to prioritize decisions in favor of the business.

Technical skills

1. Working knowledge of Google Workspace: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides

2. Spreadsheet formulas, automation and AI

3. Experience in Slack, Zoom collaboration tools

4. Advantage to have

a. Smartsheet data management, configurations and automation

b. Basic work experience and knowledge of Apple DEP, Jamf, MS Autopilot, Intune.

c. Knowledge of Cisco audio-video meeting room / collaboration technology
