Job Description
- As a Senior Java Software Developer you will be a senior member of a small to medium sized team of talented software developers, producing high quality, best of class, database engines, drivers and features, which will wow our customers.
- Apart from writing superlative code, you will be responsible for key deliverables during your team's software development lifecycle (SDLC) including excellent software designs, top quality code reviews, and comprehensive automated tests.
- You will also be key part of mentoring junior members of the team to deliver high quality product.
- Strong in Java programming & design (They will be asked very basic questions about core concepts of Java/Java fundamentals/Programming skills and Designing)
- Experience developing database technologies extremely valuable
- Excellent understanding of database theory such as relational algebra and database transactions
- Experience programming database APIs such as JDBC and using database tools strongly preferred
- Strong experience of developing applications using Java 7/8 / JEE
- Strong experience using Spring 3/4 (including knowledge across Core Spring Framework and Spring AOP)
- Strong web service development experience using REST / SOAP
- Strong technical knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
- Indepth knowledge of Javascript
- Strong experience of developing applications using Javascript
- Expert level understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Strong experience using ReactJS, Angular, VueJS etc
- Strong web service development experience using REST / SOAP
- Strong understanding of OO Designing and Programming Techniques and associated concepts, Data Modeling, Design Patterns
- Knowledge of Unit Testing Frameworks like Mocha, Jasmine, Chai.
- Experience in producing Design and POCs and able to define the framework
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessing tools like SASS, SCSS
- Good logical reasoning, problem solving and performance tuning Skills
- Experience and expertise in Javascript Technology, UI, component / framework design
