Job Description
LMS Administrator – Professional Services; Adobe Captivate Prime Overview Adobe Captivate Prime is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to join the Adobe Captivate Prime LMS Team. Captivate Prime is Adobe’s Learning Management System (LMS), and we are looking for candidates who have a desire to make an impact in the learning and development domain to join our team based out of Bengaluru, India. To succeed, you will need a proven ability to: • Manage multiple instances of an LMS • Advise stakeholders on the setup and management of LMSes • Provide basic troubleshooting of LMS activities; including content, SSO, and APIs • Work with multiple stakeholders to manage tasks and expectations • Work independently to perform own tasks while providing periodic updates to leadership • Manage multiple client relationships – especially working remotely from Learning Managers to CLOs and Directors • Present complex information in a clear manner, both written and verbal What you’ll do: In this role, you will be responsible to: • Perform LMS administrative tasks; these include (but are not limited to) • Manage users (Add, Delete, Modify) • Manage user enrollment • Setup learning environment (Branding, email templates, etc.) • Run ad-hoc reports, and setup recurring reports as required • Manage Learning Objects (upload, update, retire) • Manage Learning Objects (tag management, skill management, badges) • Liaison with other stakeholders and participate in learning strategy rollout • Advise authors on managing learning objects • Assist with integration of Prime into 3rd party solutions, headless LMS integrations and more • Liaison with Adobe internal stakeholders to discuss potential enhancement requests • Demonstrate expertise and provide advisory service on the setup and management of LMSes • Respond to technical, procedural or functional questions on the workings of the LMS from stakeholders • Investigate any issues with the LMS, document the issue working with stakeholders, and the liaison with the support teams to get to a resolution. • Document and educate stakeholders on the • Establish, document, and enforce policies and procedures What you’ll need to succeed: To succeed in this role, you will require: • A bachelor’s degree from a technical course • 3-5 years of proficiency with an enterprise LMS like Saba Cloud, Cornerstone, Moodle or similar systems • Excellent spoken and written English skills • High emotional intelligence and a customer service mindset • Prior experience working with distributed, international teams • Ability to lead small projects under guidance of a manager, but work independently • Desirable: Experience with additional cloud based LMS systems, Adobe learning content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate), and Adobe Connect (or other web meetings technologies)
