Job Description
Key Responsibilities
System Management:Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the LMS and related learning platforms.
Course Administration:Create, load, and maintain the currency of course content, including SCORM files, and ensure courses are configured correctly.
User Support:Act as a primary point of contact for end-users, providing technical guidance and support for questions and issues related to the LMS.
Data and Reporting:Manage and analyze data within the LMS to generate reports on user progress and program effectiveness.
Process Improvement:Define and document processes for LMS operations, ensuring consistency and driving continuous improvement in system functionality and user experience.
Collaboration:Partner with IT, vendors, and other departments to ensure the LMS is up-to-date, fully functional, and aligned with organizational learning objectives.
Technical Expertise:Provide technical leadership, test new system functionalities, and help troubleshoot defects and issues.
Strategic Alignment:Support the execution of the organization's learning and development strategy by deploying relevant learning solutions through the LMS.
