Role Overview:
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering scalable machine learning systems that impact millions of users. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, data engineers, software engineers, and real estate domain experts to turn data into actionable intelligence.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence product strategy through data-driven innovation while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the future of AI in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Model Development & Deployment

Design, build, and deploy robust machine learning models to solve real-world business problems such as:

Property valuation (AVMs)

Personalized recommendations

Lead scoring and customer segmentation

Price prediction
-
Demand-supply forecasting

Image and text classification
-

Implement production-grade ML pipelines (ETL, training, inference, monitoring).
2. Data Management and Feature Engineering

Work with structured and unstructured data (e.g., property listings, user behavior, demographics, geospatial data, images).

Perform data cleaning, transformation, and enrichment.

Identify, engineer, and optimize features that drive model accuracy and stability.
3. System Design and Optimization

Design ML architecture for scalable, low-latency model serving (batch and real-time).

Optimize model performance (speed, memory, accuracy) for production systems.

Ensure robustness and reproducibility in training and deployment workflows using tools like MLflow, DVC, or SageMaker.
4. Research and Innovation

Stay updated with the latest developments in AI/ML relevant to real estate, recommender systems, NLP, and computer vision.

Conduct experiments with state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., LLMs for listings, GANs for property image generation, or GNNs for market predictions).

Prototype and validate novel approaches before full-scale deployment.
5. Collaboration & Mentoring

Collaborate with backend/frontend teams for seamless integration of ML components.
