QUALIFICATION:
• Co-ordinate the delivery of the SIAM Workstreams, to ensure that they work together collaboratively and effectively in order to deliver all of their objectives whilst meeting and exceeding timescale, quality and budgetary targets.
• Key activities will include risk, issue and interdependency management, co-ordinated progress reporting, budgetary, quality and assurance management
• Require very strong interpersonal, organizational, programme management and change management skills.
• Orchestrate the day to day activities of the SIAM Workstreams and support them in the drive towards the achievement of their objectives
• As an experienced senior you will continuously and actively identify risks, analyse, understand and continuously manage interdependencies within the SIAM Programme and also between the SIAM Programme and other Transformation Projects and Programmes
• 14 + years (Program Mgr) 12+yrs (Project Manager) of IT experience with 4 to 6 + in Project/Program Management with experience of 2 – 4 large ITSM implementations
• Must have handled Integrations in previous projects (e-bonding, LDAP, AD, Discovery Tools,)
• Should be minimum ITIL certified
• Very strong Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, senior management, colleagues and external service providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organisation.Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, but specifically at senior management level.
• Demonstrate a very high level of political and business awareness; acutely aware of organisational sensitivities
(1.) To effectively manage a team of project managers to ensure timely completion of all customer project deliverables assigned to each team member
(2.) To provide required support to resolve escalated issues related to programs/projects undertaken and team performance
3.) To manage excellent relationships with customer/business units and ensure postive cusomer satisfaction for deliverables provided
(4.) To implement best practices, develop processes/procedures and identify process efficiency measures so as to improve deliverables' quality & innovate global project management methodology with a view to maximise value provided to the business units
(5.) To contribute to business growth through expansion of current service offerings and is accountabe for scope, buget and delivery of projects
(6.) To monitor the progress of all projects and deliverables so as to submit weekly project status reports in a timely manner
(7.) To review & analyse deliverables and performance of teams across projects to ensure that all project deliverables are completed in the agreed customer timelines
