Job Description
Monitor and analyze RF network performance KPIs for technologies such as 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G.
Perform cluster and circle-level RF optimization to improve network quality, coverage, and capacity.
Analyze drive test logs and OSS performance reports to identify network issues such as call drops, low throughput, and coverage gaps.
Optimize parameters like handover settings, neighbor relations, power levels, antenna tilts, and frequency planning.
Coordinate with RF Planning, Drive Test, and Field Implementation teams for corrective actions.
Conduct post-integration and post-expansion optimization for newly deployed sites.
Ensure KPI targets are achieved, including Call Drop Rate (CDR), Call Setup Success Rate (CSSR), Handover Success Rate (HOSR), and Data Throughput.
Perform interference analysis and resolution for improved network performance.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and optimization action plans.
Support network rollout, capacity upgrades, and new technology deployments.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of RF optimization techniques and telecom network architecture.
Experience in KPI analysis and performance monitoring tools.
Knowledge of drive test tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or Genex Probe.
Familiarity with OSS tools and RF optimization tools like Actix, MapInfo, or Genex Assistant.
Understanding of LTE/5G parameters, mobility management, and interference management.
