Job Description
Job Descriptions: Sr Manager – FC
Acting as Finance Business Partner to sales, marketing, and supply chain,
providing analysis to drive commercial
Leading the annual budget process, long-term 5-year plans, and monthly
financial forecasting.
Reviewing trade agreements, pricing strategies, and managing gross-to-net
calculations (rebates, discounts).
Overseeing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis across
manufacturing and sales.
Handling statutory audits, and financial reporting.>
Implementing internal controls to manage financial and Business risks
Pharma Pricing Compliance.
Monthly MIS – Explanation for Variance against Budget.
Resource planning and support to business.
Interaction with supply chain team for inventory control.
Monitoring Collection and Overdue outstanding.
Rate quotation for Tender / Hospital Business.
Monthly Presentation on Business Performance.
Ensuring various Payments in co-ordination with Centralised Treasury team.
Good knowledge of Pharma / FMCG Business.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or
CPA/CA/ICWA.
Experience: 10-15 Years Post Qualification Experience
Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Financial Analyst, with expertise in the
pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), strong analytical
skills, and high proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
