Job Description
Procurement for API, raw materials, and solvents as per production and project requirements.
• Develop and manage approved vendor base; ensure COA/MSDS and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee demand planning, MRP, Auto-PR review, and timely material availability.
• Monitor and Maintain inventory, safety stock, and monthly consumption planning.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms to maintain cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Finance, and Projects for seamless operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery, shipment tracking, documentation (COA, MSDS, LR, BL A.W.B).
• Resolve supply disruptions, price fluctuations, and urgent procurement needs.
• Drive budget planning, cost control, and SCM reporting.
• Lead and mentor SCM team for performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Develop the alternate vendor for monopoly vendor and critical materials as per our in house specifications.
