Job Description
1. IT Infrastructure Management
Maintain and monitor servers, networks, and hardware systems
Ensure uptime and performance of IT systems across departments
Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of systems
2. Software & Application Support
Support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) used in pharma operations
Maintain Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
Assist users with software-related issues and training
3. Compliance & Data Integrity
Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines
Maintain audit trails and data integrity standards
Support validation of computerized systems (CSV)
4. Cybersecurity & Backup
Implement IT security policies and antivirus systems
Manage data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans
Monitor unauthorized access and system vulnerabilities
5. User Support (Helpdesk)
Provide technical support to staff (hardware/software issues)
Troubleshoot network, email, and access problems
Maintain IT helpdesk records and response timelines
6. Documentation
Prepare and maintain SOPs, IT policies, and validation documents
Keep records for audits and inspections
