Academic Details :
- Any Graduate with min 50% in X,XII and Graduation (Final Year Grads can apply)
- Age should be less than 26 years
- Education Gap of 1 year is allowed
Selection process:
Eligible candidates need to go through a four level screening process
- English Written test
- Psychometric test
- Personal Interview
- Aptitude test
Note: Shortlisted candidates will be issued a Provisional offer letter and will undergo a NIIT program for 45 Days.
Placement Process:
Post successful completion of the program the candidates will go through a paid internship ( Around INR 7000/ month) of 3 months and after their successful completion of internship they will be offered a job in the same bank with the salary of 2.2 to 4.7 LPA.
