Job Description
• Performing all activities related to receipt and issuance of raw material and packing material as per cGMP requirement.
• To face customer and regulatory audits.
• Unloading of solvents from tanker to respective storage tank.
• Issuance of RM/PM to production as per requirement.
• Ensure good housekeeping inside the stores and surrounding area.
• Performing warehouse operations as per cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure to maintain FIFO system while issuance.
• Proper execution of RM/PM Storage.
• Ensure documentation for out sourcing activities related to RM Store.
• Receipt of RM/PM and timely sampling and analysis of same.
• Prepare document for job work and R&D purpose.
• Prepare indent for requirement of Store.
• Performing physical stock verification.
• Ensure for timely Re-Testing of RM/PM.
• Ensure for availability of MSDS for all raw material and storage as per recommendation.
• Prepare RGPs/NRGPs as per the material sale or send to outside the premises.
• To ensure zero NPA generation and reduce current NPA
• Ensure use of PPEs and maintain safety norms within the department.
