Job Description
| Assist in patient registration, assessment, and triage based on medical urgency. |
| Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available. |
| Assist doctors during medical examinations, minor procedures, and treatments. |
| Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids as required. |
| Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and post-treatment care. |
| Monitor vital signs and record patient history and symptoms. |
| Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are maintained in the OPD. |
| Coordinate with laboratory and radiology departments for diagnostic tests. |
| Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the hospital system. |
| Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary. |
| Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. |
| Assist in OPD inventory management and restocking of medical supplies. |
| Ensure proper disposal of biohazard waste as per safety regulations. |
| Participate in regular training and development programs. |
