Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Operations Executive, specialised in B2B sales for destinations, specially Bali.
Qualifications: Any Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably in Tourism)
Experience: 1-2 years (preferred)
Full Time
Requirement: Basic Excel
Incentives: INR 5000-10000 bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales Development:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Bali as a preferred destination for travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and other B2B partners.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and target potential business clients (e.g., travel agencies, DMCs, MICE planners) to drive B2B sales in Bali tourism services, including tours, activities, accommodations, and transportation.

  • Account Management: Manage relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Foster long-term partnerships with existing clients while securing new business opportunities.

  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Handle pricing negotiations, contract terms, and deals with B2B clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through effective lead conversion.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the tourism industry, especially within the Bali market, and analyze competitor offerings to ensure competitive positioning and relevant sales approaches.

2. Operations Coordination:

  • Operational Support: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings, itineraries, and customized packages for B2B clients. Oversee the delivery of services such as tours, accommodation, transportation, and event management in Bali.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operational aspects of B2B services (from logistics to client support) are executed to a high standard, maintaining excellent service quality for clients.

  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational issues, such as client complaints or booking discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience.

  • Itinerary Management: Collaborate with the operations team to create customized and unique itineraries for B2B clients, catering to their specific needs, preferences, and group sizes.

3. Bali Destination Expertise:

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Bali’s tourist attractions, accommodation options, local culture, and travel logistics, offering valuable insights and recommendations to B2B clients.

  • Travel Packages & Promotions: Design and propose tailored travel packages for B2B partners, including seasonal offers, promotions, and exclusive deals that align with market trends and client interests.

  • Local Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers, hoteliers, transport providers, and other destination partners in Bali to ensure the best possible offerings for clients.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Client Communication: Regularly communicate with B2B clients to update them on new products, packages, and promotions. Provide ongoing support to ensure their needs are met during the booking and post-booking process.

  • Feedback Collection: Collect and analyze client feedback to continually improve service offerings, address concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Event and Trade Show Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and B2B meetings to promote Bali as a destination, generate leads, and stay connected with key industry players.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, conversion rates, revenue generation, and client acquisition to senior management.

  • Market Insights: Monitor market conditions and the performance of various B2B accounts, making recommendations for sales strategies based on analysis and insights.

  • Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets for B2B sales activities, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving sales targets.
