We have urgent opening for Senior Processor/ Associate – Title Searches.
Salary : 3 lac to 10 lacs
Location : Chennai and Chittoor

Responsibilities and Duties
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Hands on experience in performing Title searches in county and private title plants,
examination of title documents, Typing commitments and property reports
2. Exposure to Title related applications
3. Experience in doing Current owner and Full searches
4. Candidates should possess knowledge on doing searches for key states like FL, TX, CA etc.,
5. To adhere to organization’s Information security policies and procedures

Experience of 3– 5 years in the above areas
• Good typing/ analytical skills
• Any graduate or diploma holder
