Job Description
· Planning & execution of production process
· Monitor quality standards & cost effective
· Procuring & monitoring the efficiency of production equipment as well as labours.
· Co-ordinating with All the departments head regarding production
· Ensuring the production is completed as per schedule
· Manage human & material resources to meet production targets.
· Make decision about equipment use, maintenance, modification & procurement
· Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) of finished goods
· Responsible to do daily Reporting to management
· Responsible to take Task reports from team
· Follow SOP of production
· Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
· Organising relevant training sessions
· Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients
· The Production Manager properly plans and draws up a production schedule timesheet
· They monitor productivity rates and product standards.
· Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
· Develop and implement production plans and schedules in alignment with business objectives and customer demand.
