Job Description
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Programmer who has strong hands-on knowledge in Python, MATLAB, and Simulink. You will help our clients—mostly PhD scholars—with coding, simulations, algorithm development, and research-related programming tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize code in Python and MATLAB for academic and research projects.
Design and simulate models using Simulink for engineering and control systems topics.
Assist with algorithm development, data analysis, and automation tasks.
Review, debug, and troubleshoot code to ensure functionality and performance.
Work closely with researchers and subject matter experts to understand project needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentor junior programmers when needed.
Stay updated with the latest tools, libraries, and research trends.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Python, MATLAB, and Simulink.
Strong understanding of numerical methods, simulations, and research-oriented programming.
Experience with control systems, machine learning, or signal processing is a plus.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
