Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) invites application for the position Senior Project Associate
In this project, we focus on audio-based content retrieval, where the query is an audio or text, and the search content is in audio. We will be developing state-of-the-art technologies using deep learning methods for various tasks such as
i. Audio Event Detection
ii. Acoustic Scene Classification
iii. Few shot learning
We are working on cutting edge machine learning and signal processing. We are making audio analysis tools deployed on servers. We are looking for an Android developer for building an audio analysis app.

Essential Qualification: M. Tech or B. Tech (with one year experience) in Computer Science or related Fields Strong proficiency in Android studio, java C/C++, Python Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Experience in working with cloud servers and database (sql, php) Experience in digital signal processing (audio preferred)
Desired Qualification: M. Tech or B.
