Job Description

Senior Project Engineer recruitment in Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur on temporary & contractual post

Project entitled “Centre of Excellence for Large Area Flexible Electronics at IIT Kanpur” at Samtel Centre for Display Technologies (SCDT), IIT Kanpur funded by DeitY (MCIT) New Delhi.

Minimum Qualification: Ph.D or M.Tech + 3 year Experience

Desirable Qualification and Expertise: With course work and experience relevant for thin film electronics and circuit design.Hands-on experience in thin film deposition by PVD, CVD and ALD processes
Hands-on experience in thin-film device (e.g. TFTs, diodes etc.) fabrication and characterization
Experience in lithography and etch processes (dry and wet) is desirable.Experience in experimental design and process optimization.Experience in project coordination and project management
Experience in processing of thin films on flexible substrates will be a big plus.Experience in upscaling the lab process to industrial scale will be a big plus.Prior industry experience will be a big plus.

Salary: Rs. 27000-2700-54000/- per month based on qualification

Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract (may be extended)
